Walmart Marketplace Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Walmart Marketplace Executive to oversee the management of product listings, data accuracy, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations on our e-commerce store, optimizing product listings, and managing basic e-commerce tasks.

This role is pivotal in driving business growth, improving visibility, and enhancing customer satisfaction. As a Walmart Marketplace Executive, your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining processes, reducing errors, and increasing productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and update product listings on Walmart's marketplace platform.
  • Ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date product data at all times.
  • Organize and maintain product inventories in Excel and Google Sheets, leveraging advanced analytical skills to optimize stock levels.
  • Optimize product listings to improve visibility and drive sales, applying data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Handle basic e-commerce management tasks, including order tracking, updating product information, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to prevent out-of-stock situations.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms, particularly Walmart's marketplace.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail and a focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing deadlines and maintaining high standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.
