Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning the product from concept to design, specification, implementation, and analysis. This includes gathering and synthesizing requirements and input from multiple stakeholders (internal product teams, engineers, business teams, etc.). You will also lead in-person conversations with internal customers to understand users, priorities, and feature considerations.

You will drive product development projects from concept to launch, operating in a fast-paced setting. Excellent leadership and communication skills are required, including asking questions, listening, driving team alignment, and influencing without authority across all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrate strong technical confidence, working with senior/lead engineers to balance product velocity and technical debt tradeoffs.
  • Articulate opportunities and solutions by bridging the business and technical worlds effectively.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of technical product management experience in a fast-paced innovative environment or significant technical management experience.
  • 5+ years (in total) of technical experience in one or more areas: software engineering / developer experience – software development innovation, engineering tooling products, developer lifecycle management across large organizations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, being energetic and a self-starter.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs.
  • Effective communicator (written and verbal), able to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, using data to make decisions and comfortable gathering it yourself or working with others to gather it.
  • A problem-solving mindset.
  • The ability and positive mindset to 'figure things out.'
About the Role

This is a Bangkok-based position, requiring full relocation. Relocation support is provided.
