At the heart of our growth and operations lies a vital role that calls for strategic vision, technical acumen, and meticulous execution. We seek an accomplished product leader to spearhead the development and management of our catalog from end to end.

The Job

This is not merely a product support or purchasing position but rather a dynamic role that encompasses ownership of the full lifecycle – sourcing, technical setup, launch, documentation, inventory forecasting, and restocking. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business success while ensuring seamless product delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Expertise: Serve as the internal authority on all product-related matters, providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Technical Scoping & Support: Assist in scoping complex projects and provide technical support for large or intricate RFQs.
  • Training & Tools: Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell and support our products.
  • Spec Sheet Creation & Management: Build, maintain, and update spec sheets, documentation, and internal product resources.
Inventory Planning & Management
  • Accuracy & Documentation: Own the accuracy and timeliness of our product listings, ensuring up-to-date information.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track performance metrics, returns, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Catalog Development & Growth: Identify gaps and lead the addition of new products through collaboration with suppliers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Demand Forecasting & Inventory Control: Predict demand and ensure optimal inventory levels meet business needs.
Maintaining Product Integrity
  • CAD File Review & Compliance: Monitor CAD files, certifications, and compliance documents to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Product Specs & Listings: Ensure product specifications, listings, and supporting materials are current and easily accessible.
