Product Data Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Data Specialist to oversee the management and maintenance of product information across our portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems, data quality, and team collaboration. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date product specifications, bills of materials (BOMs), and other related documentation.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective processes for managing product data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Manage and maintain PLM system configurations, including workflows and business rules
  • Analyze and resolve data discrepancies and quality issues
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on PLM system usage and best practices
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in product data management or a related field
  • Proven expertise in PLM systems and data quality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
