Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional to support our global employee population. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to analyze and validate data accurately.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job changes, and terminations with high accuracy.
  • Provide top-notch support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools.
  • C coordinate pre-hire onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing for US employees efficiently.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure the integrity of employee records.
  • Support basic HR reporting needs in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to maintaining process documentation and driving consistency across global operations effectively.
  • Maintain and audit employment records thoroughly.
  • Support compliance efforts by assisting with employment-related audits and reports accurately.

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work flexible hours.
  • 2–3 years of experience in People Operations for a global organization.
  • Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and experience with data management in an HRIS system.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze and validate data accurately and quickly.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally and discreetly.
  • Strong professional proficiency in written and verbal English language.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines accurately.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning in employment laws, HR technology, and employee experience best practices.
