REQUIREMENTS
- A degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields. A Master's degree in Business
Administration (MBA) or Marketing is a plus.
1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management, marketing, or related roles.
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical regulatory environment and market trends.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Product Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the development, marketing, and management of pharmaceutical
products. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success, growth, and compliance
with regulatory standards. The Product Executive will assist in developing product strategies, monitor product
performance, and support the marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management:
o Assist in managing the lifecycle of pharmaceutical products, from development to commercialization.
o Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and quality assurance teams to ensure product specifications are met.
o Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends for product development.
- Marketing Support:
o Support the creation of product marketing plans, including pricing, positioning, and promotional
strategies.
o Assist in developing marketing materials and product training for internal and external stakeholders.
o Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and promotional activities.
- Product Performance Monitoring:
o Monitor product performance and analyze sales data to measure success.
o Identify opportunities for product improvement or changes based on market feedback.
o Support post-launch product reviews and help implement corrective actions when needed.
- Customer Engagement:
o Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors,
and partners.
o Assist in organizing and attending product-related events such as conferences, seminars, and training
sessions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, regulatory affairs, supply chain, and production.
o Ensure product availability and resolve any issues related to product distribution or quality.
The role requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage
multiple priorities, strong customer-focused approach and ability to work with cross-functional teams, and motivated,
proactive, and results-oriented.
