Job Title: Reporting Specialist - Business Insights Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reporting Specialist to develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support strategic decision-making across the cable and telco vertical.

This role involves:
1. Designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics.
2. Creating and maintaining KPI reports using Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and advanced formulas.
3. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
4. Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
5. Optimizing data models and queries for performance and scalability.
6. Maintaining and updating existing reports based on evolving business needs.
7. Providing training and support to end-users on Power BI and Excel reporting tools.
8. Working closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure seamless data integration.

Key Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
2. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
3. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including KPI dashboards, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and advanced formulas and macros.
4. Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
5. Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is preferred.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
