Job Title: Data Insights Professional

We are seeking an experienced data analyst to join our team in a key role supporting the development of actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for data mining, data preparation, and reporting, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Prepare and conduct analyses and studies, needs/gaps assessments, utilizing industry best practices.
  • Applies knowledge to determine the accuracy and reasonableness of the data, recommendations, and solutions proposed.
  • Documents and summarizes the results, developing recommended solutions to customer problems.
  • Prepares big data, implements data models developed by others, and provides database support for customer solutions.
  • A key member of a data science project team, supporting data scientists or other consultants in the performance of assigned tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Four years relevant experience in applied research, big data analytics, statistics, applied mathematics, data science, computer science, operations research, or other closely related quantitative or mathematical disciplines.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research, or other closely related scientific or technical disciplines.
  • Knowledge of data mining methods, databases, data visualization, and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience with analytic techniques such as Anomaly detection, Clustering, and Time-series analysis.
  • Experience implementing NLP concepts including preprocessing, TF-IDF, Named Entity Recognition, and LLMs.
  • Ability to communicate complex analysis techniques, concepts, and products effectively.
  • Strong SQL skills and ability to identify issues with data.
  • Experience with Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI tools, and familiarity with Databricks or similar cloud-based distributed database technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience with cleaning, managing, optimizing performance, and processing large volumes of data.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices for software-hardware optimization when processing large sets of data.
