We're seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for transforming data into insights that drive business decisions.

Your primary goal will be to uncover early-stage investment opportunities by analyzing startup databases and financial metrics. You'll also track industry trends, deal activity, and portfolio performance, and develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and market developments.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have strong analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and incomplete data. You'll also need to be able to communicate complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

In addition to your technical skills, you'll need to be highly organized and proactive, with a strong attention to detail. You'll also need to be able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a global team.

As a Data Analyst at our company, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from analyzing startup databases to developing dashboards and reports. You'll also have the chance to collaborate with associates and partners to deliver data-informed recommendations.

Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related field, as well as 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or consulting.
