As a detail-oriented Data Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting insights from data to support business decisions.

About the Role
  • You will work with various tools such as Zoho Analytics and SQL to analyze data, develop data models, and generate reports.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data analysis using Zoho Analytics and SQL to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within the data.
  • Develop and maintain data models and databases to ensure accurate data entry and data integrity.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to visualize data insights and assist in the setup and maintenance of CRM systems.
Data Collection and Management
  • Ensure accurate data entry and data integrity within the CRM by conducting data cleaning and validation to ensure data quality.
  • Develop and implement data collection processes to support data-driven decision-making processes.
Programming and Data Modeling
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis, and develop basic scripts or programs to automate data processing tasks.
  • Assist in the development of data models and schemas to improve data workflows.
CRM Support
  • Provide support for CRM-related issues and queries, and assist in configuring and customizing CRM systems to meet business needs.
  • Train staff on CRM usage and best data practices, and work with CRM vendors or IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, and present data findings and insights to stakeholders.
  • Document processes and create user guides for data-related tasks to support collaboration and communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with strong proficiency in Excel and SQL.
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, R) are a plus, as well as familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data collection processes is essential.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, and understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.
