Job Title:Marketing Automation Expert

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing our marketing workflows to ensure smooth automation of email, SMS campaigns, pipelines, and lead management systems.

You will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing email and SMS marketing campaigns, as well as setting up and maintaining automated pipelines to streamline lead nurturing and sales processes.

  • Manage and optimize marketing workflows to ensure seamless automation of email, SMS campaigns, pipelines, and lead management systems.
  • Build, manage, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Establish and maintain automated pipelines to enhance lead nurturing and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update spreadsheets for tracking campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Troubleshoot automation issues and improve workflow efficiency to drive results.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing automation, email/SMS marketing, or CRM management is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms, such as GoHighLevel (GHL), is required.
  • Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for email and automation customizations is necessary.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and lead nurturing sequences is preferred.
  • Advanced skills in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for tracking and reporting are desired.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize marketing campaigns are essential.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is crucial.
