We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand diverse accents and provide exceptional customer service via various communication channels.
  • They will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls with customers and potential leads, providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs and enhance their overall experience.
  • Additionally, they will assist in lead generation and consultation booking, ensuring timely follow-up and client satisfaction.
  • Utilizing CRM software (Active Campaign) and other tools, they will streamline operations and provide precise and timely information to customers.
  • Key skills include fluency in English and French language skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • The successful candidate will also be self-motivated, outgoing, resourceful, and coachable, with strong time-management skills and organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring complete understanding.
  • Leave detailed notes in client files for every interaction.
  • Apply strong phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience and build long-term loyalty.
  • Assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions or services to enhance their experience.
  • Perform accurate data entry to ensure customer records are always up-to-date in our system.
  • Identify upselling opportunities by recommending relevant services that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to exchange insights and continuously improve service delivery.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide customers with precise and timely information.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $10-$11/hour.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with possible weekend work TBD.
