About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Multilingual Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Document customer interactions and claims accurately in CRM systems
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and effective communication
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
