Job Title: Strategic Knowledge Architect

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our knowledge management initiative, driving the development of a comprehensive and integrated knowledge base that supports business growth and improvement.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and skilled individual to play a key part in shaping our organizational knowledge management strategy, defining best practices, and establishing processes that ensure our knowledge assets are current, accurate, and easily accessible.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire knowledge article lifecycle, from creation and review to storage, distribution, and utilization. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement knowledge management frameworks, policies, and procedures, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and tools.

In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Define and maintain knowledge management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage the knowledge article lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and content owners to develop high-quality knowledge content.
  • Analyze knowledge management data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Service Management, with a focus on knowledge management.
  • Proven track record of implementing and administering Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodology within an ITSM framework.
  • Excellent technical acumen, including hands-on experience with operating systems, hardware, networking, and IT security concepts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and drive informed decision-making.
