Job Description – Site Architect

Position Title: Site Architect (Junior Level)

Location: Laguna (Project-Based)

Reports To: Project Manager / Project Architect

Role Overview

The Site Architect will be responsible for monitoring and supervising manpower on site to ensure that construction works are executed according to plans, specifications, and project schedules. The role is focused on site operations, labor management, and coordination with foremen and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor manpower deployment, work progress, and productivity at the project site.
  • Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and skilled workers regarding daily tasks and work assignments.
  • Check the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Assist in resolving site issues related to manpower, workflow, and scheduling.
  • Submit regular site reports (progress, manpower attendance, work completion).
  • Support the Project Manager in implementing project schedules and targets.
  • Perform other site-related duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Architecture (Licensed or Non-Licensed).
  • Preferably with 0–2 years of site experience in construction.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Willing to work full-time on-site in Laguna.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and manpower supervision.

Work Conditions

  • Site-based assignment in Laguna.
  • Direct coordination with laborers, foremen, and site engineers.
