Job Description

The project Architect is responsible for managing architectural projects from concept through completion. This role involves coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure high-quality design and timely delivery.

Qualification

  • Preferably a Licensed Architect

  • Under board applicants and fresh graduates of BS Architecture are welcome to apply.

  • 6 months to 1 year experience in architectural design including OJT experience.

  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Adobe etc.)

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and detailing.

  • Excellent communication skills and customer oriented with the ability to write and present reports.

  • Computer literate and proficient on basic applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural design and development of projects from schematic design through construction administration.

  • Prepare architectural drawings, specifications and documentation.

  • Oversee and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • Ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning regulations and other applicable laws.
