Job Summary

The Remote Technical Support Representative role requires a skilled professional to provide expert technical assistance and troubleshooting support for clients across various industries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email in a timely and effective manner
  • Utilize diagnostic skills to identify and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the system
  • Stay up-to-date on products, services, and support procedures to provide informed solutions

Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • Proven ability to work from home in a professional setting
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM with accuracy
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Windows operating systems
