Job Title: Technical Support Associate
Location: Angeles City, Pampanga
Type: Full-Time
Department: Technical Operations
Reports to: Technical Operations Lead
Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to support clients in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Technical Support Associate to join our team.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in client support, data management, and ticket resolution. No payroll experience required—training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Ticket Management
- Respond to and manage client support tickets related to payroll systems and processes
- Track, prioritize, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution
- Communicate clearly with clients, providing updates and solutions
Data Handling and Troubleshooting
- Input and validate payroll-related data such as attendance, adjustments, and benefits
- Assist in generating reports and resolving data discrepancies
- Apply compliance standards (with training and guidance)
Project Support
- Assist with payroll and system-related projects, including client onboarding
- Organize documents, monitor task progress, and coordinate updates across teams
Client Collaboration and Documentation
- Work closely with client representatives to gather accurate data and clarify concerns
- Maintain updated records and assist with audit or compliance tasks
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in processes and client experience

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Familiarity with MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Willingness to learn new systems and support tools
