Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to support our clients.

  • Work independently and as part of the support team to resolve technical issues arising from tickets.
  • Review incidents, problems, and change requests on our Support Portal.
  • Train in-house and work with leading-edge technology in multinational companies.

The role requires international travel to clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote access.
  • Diagnose and address operational data issues using Microsoft SQL Management Studio, SQL Server Profiler, ETL, SSIS.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications and related systems.

Requirements
  • Graduate degree in computer science or mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering, preferably with a postgraduate degree in IT or sufficient experience.
  • 7 years of experience in software projects delivery for process-oriented environments.
  • Industry knowledge in food and beverage processing is an advantage.
  • Experience in testing and computer system validation of the MES System and related configuration.
  • History of supporting bespoke software applications is essential.
  • Knowledge of SQL Databases, T-SQL codes, Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, Triggers.
  • Ability to debug code in C#, Javascript, HTML, XAML.
  • Knowledge of WPF, HTML 5, .Net Framework, SSRS Reporting.
  • Visual Studio, Telerik Software tools, Windows / Network administration, Internet Information Services, Power Bi, Data Warehouse.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Good ability to comprehend technical information related to computer software, computer, and network hardware.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
