Accurate Financial Support Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a highly organized and efficient finance professional. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial operations with accuracy and precision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing QuickBooks Desktop accounting functions, including reconciliations, invoicing, transaction categorization, expense tracking, and accounts receivable follow-ups when needed.
- Monitoring outstanding invoices, following established payment terms, and escalating overdue accounts to management.
- Providing administrative support, including answering calls when others are unavailable, sending quotes, and assisting management with office tasks.
- Handling standard bill payments and ensuring timely processing.
- Offering occasional support for order processing or product research as needed (minimal).
Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a candidate with:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in QuickBooks Desktop, with confidence and efficiency without requiring training.
- Highly organized and able to work methodically without jumping between tasks, maintaining consistent processes.
- Professional communication skills, with clear English.
- Administrative skills, capable of standard office work and basic customer service.
