About the Opportunity

This is a chance to collaborate as a Senior Full-Stack Developer on a growing SaaS platform focused on donor management and fundraising. You will be the primary technical partner to the founder, accountable for developing new features, resolving bugs, and managing system ownership across both the front-end and back-end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create innovative solutions and functionality across the Microsoft stack (C#, MVC, SQL, Azure)
  • Maintain, debug, and enhance existing codebase — prioritizing stability and performance
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and production bugs when necessary (no direct support)
  • Collaborate closely with the founder on product priorities and architecture
  • Assist occasionally with UI tasks using Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical feedback
Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft stack: C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, Azure
  • Comfortable with basic front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
  • Able to independently investigate bugs across both application logic and database layers
  • Strong communication and written English skills — able to ask clarifying questions and document logic
  • Comfortable working closely with a founder/CTO in a startup-style environment
