Organizational Transformation Specialist


Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to facilitate seamless organizational transitions by overseeing the people aspect of change.

This involves comprehensive change management, including impact analysis and executing initiatives to drive stakeholder adoption.

Key responsibilities include analyzing the impact of organizational changes, developing and executing communication plans, training sessions, and engagement initiatives, as well as working closely with stakeholders to evaluate preparedness and address potential challenges.

Additionally, you will monitor progress and collect feedback to gauge stakeholder adaptation to changes.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Open to recent graduates or those with 1-3 years of experience in change management, including backgrounds in HR, learning and development, marketing, sales, business analysis, and technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Skilled in facilitating discussions and delivering engaging presentations.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and recognize patterns.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and effectively influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with change management, organizational development, or business process analysis is beneficial.
