Technical Leadership Opportunity

Synopsis: We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Manager to lead our Market Management Systems (MMS) team.

The role involves overseeing the technical delivery of MMS offerings, ensuring contractual commitments are met, and supporting customer implementations across various regions.

This position requires a high level of customer contact, technical expertise, and collaboration with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the technical implementation and development of MMS solutions for major customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure clear communication and effective execution.
  • Lead customer interactions, providing guidance and establishing trust.
  • Collaborate across functions to meet project goals and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in tools and processes.
  • Apply Agile and DevOps practices for efficient software deployment.
  • Manage project risks, scope, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in technical consultancy, especially in the electrical utility industry.
  • Experience with operational technologies like MMS, EMS, DMS, OMS.
  • Knowledge of energy markets and systems integration is beneficial.
