Expert Guidance for Business Success

We're seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert to support our team of virtual marketing assistants (Doers) in achieving exceptional results.

This role requires flexibility and availability across rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as assigned by the business.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance and troubleshooting assistance to our Doers via internal chat, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

You'll use your technical expertise across a wide range of marketing tools, including Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Shopify, and more, to guide our Doers and improve outcomes for Founders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing real-time guidance and support to Doers via internal chat
  • Troubleshooting issues in various marketing tools and platforms
  • Assisting in Founder escalations by completing urgent tasks during critical retention periods
  • Collaborating with teams to improve systems and prevent repeat issues
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing, VA support, or SME roles
  • Familiarity with at least 5 of the following marketing tools: Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Mailchimp
  • Excellent written communication and structured problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex tools in simple terms
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking

  • Experience with remote support, chat troubleshooting, or tech onboarding
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana), SEO platforms (e.g., Semrush), or website builders (e.g., Wix, WordPress)
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automations
