Job Summary

The Portfolio Manager shall be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to upgrade mass market segments. This involves analyzing internal data, conducting market research, and monitoring industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to increase product take-up in identified mass market sub-segments.
  • Collaborating with the Institutional Cross-Sell team and other internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Conducting market research to identify threats and growth opportunities, and staying abreast of new technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in campaign implementation, portfolio management, strategic planning, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing strategies to upgrade mass market segments.
