Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned financial planning professional to join our team. As a Senior Financial Planning Assistant, you will play a crucial role in monitoring client investment portfolios, preparing recommendations for the adviser, and maintaining accurate records of advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor client investment portfolios
  • Prepare recommendations for the adviser
  • Maintain accurate records of advice
  • Prepare quarterly and annual client performance reports
  • Develop SMSF investment strategies
  • Liaise with product providers and investment platforms
  • Reconcile fees and commissions
  • Update and maintain the client's Work in Progress log/CRM tool
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Finance and at least 3 years of experience in Australian financial planning. You should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in preparing client portfolio reports.
