Job Title: Virtual Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Marketing Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to build, measure, and scale marketing campaigns that drive real results.

  • Lead all marketing activities, including campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Manage relationships with SEO agencies, content writers, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Oversee paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and YouTube, continually testing and optimizing for maximum ROI.
  • Raise awareness through segmented email campaigns and direct mail using HubSpot.
  • Create efficient workflows for lead nurturing and sales automation, driving revenue growth.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including website visitors, leads, cost per lead, return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and maximize impact.
About You:
  • 3+ years of marketing management experience in an agency or in-house setting.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot for marketing and sales automation.
  • Experience managing external vendors and freelancers.
  • A strong grasp of paid advertising, search engine optimization, and email marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data-driven insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear messages.
  • A self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.
