Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute high-level social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the social media team to ensure exceptional output.
  • Oversee content creation, scheduling, and publication across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
  • Manage and optimize social media ad campaigns, tracking performance metrics.
  • Maintain brand voice and deliver quality engagement across channels.
  • Ensure timely delivery of YouTube timestamps, WordPress content, and other assets.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative approaches to boost reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with managers and peers to align social strategies with broader initiatives.
  • Drive accountability using project management tools like Asana.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with a track record of delivering measurable growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and lead a team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Skilled in balancing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising, campaign development, analytics, and performance optimization.
