Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to target healthcare businesses, sending personalized direct messages via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms, qualifying prospects using a defined outreach framework, scheduling and confirming appointments for the sales team, maintaining accurate calls and messaging records, tracking metrics, and meeting weekly goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to targeted healthcare businesses to establish new connections
  • Develop and send personalized direct messages to increase engagement with prospects
  • Qualify leads by utilizing a proven outreach framework to ensure success
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments for the sales team to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and messaging interactions, track key metrics, and meet established performance targets
Requirements
  • Strong English communication skills are essential for this role
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation is required
  • Proven success in cold calling and DM-based outreach is crucial for this position
  • Familiarity with tools like Kixie, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is highly desirable
  • The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve targets
