
Customer Support Team Member

We are currently looking for a skilled customer support professional to join our team and provide top-notch service via email and chat platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in resolving issues, and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via emails and live chats
- Maintain positive relationships with customers
- Meet and exceed performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Handle sensitive customer information securely
- Apply best practices for customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our company's offerings
Requirements:
- Upper intermediate proficiency in English (B2 level)
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven experience working with live chats and email systems
- Personal or professional experience in the crypto sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and responsibility
- Personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and stable internet connection (50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
