About the RoleWe're seeking an exceptional leader to helm our customer support team. As Regional Customer Support Manager, you'll oversee AMER & EMEA-time zone support teams, escalations, and communication with the development team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a high-performing support team

- Cultivate unique skill sets in your team members
- Train and develop team members through coaching and skill development
- Set ambitious yet achievable goals and manage performance
- Ensure excellence in phone/email/chat/zoom interactions with empathy and clarity
- Foster seamless experiences across teams for trialists, product onboarding, account management, and churn mitigation
- Contribute to the Help Centre, expanding and improving content and resources
- Be the ultimate escalation point for customer queries before involving the development team
- Become a product expert, understanding its use cases to communicate effectively with the product team and resolve complex issues
- Deliver customer feedback to shape the product roadmap based on common needs and questions
- Improve bug resolution through process improvements and communication with the product team
- Analyze trends in the support channel, including key metrics and NPS scores
You'll thrive in this role if you're a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills. You should be able to foster a collaborative team environment and drive results-oriented initiatives. Experience in customer support or related fields is essential.
