Reserve Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Reserve Officer to assume the position of absentee Business Center personnel. The ideal candidate will ensure strict implementation and consistent compliance to policies and procedures of the organization, regulatory rules and regulations. This role will support business objectives through excellent customer service delivery and other service-related initiatives aimed at total customer satisfaction.

The Reserve Officer will be responsible for assuming the position of Service Manager (SM), Service Officer (SO), Service Associate(SA), Service Associate-Pickup Teller (SA-Pickup Teller) in their absence. They will also assist in performing compliance reviews on a case-to-case basis as assigned by the Regional Service Head.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Efficiently work in a banking and sales environment with confidence in working capacity and ability to handle clients professionally.
  • Hold a 4-year graduate degree in business or any service industry-oriented course.
  • Have extensive knowledge in bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
  • Having sales/marketing experience in a bank is an advantage.

The successful candidate will be willing to be assigned in different branches within the area of assignment.
