Strategic Project Director

Are you a visionary leader with exceptional project management skills?

Job Description:

You will oversee complex projects, manage diverse audiences, and ensure timely completion within budget. You'll partner with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ urgency and support team members with escalations.
  • Handle complex projects, negotiate sensitive matters, and manage varied business environments.
  • Oversee global projects, manage deadlines, and assign responsibilities.
  • Build plans, establish project milestones, lead and direct the work of others, conduct due diligence, and gather materials.
  • Manage internal and corporate business level projects.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Performance management, coaching, development, and recognition of direct reports.
  • Effective resource, workload, and productivity management.
  • Support departmental and corporate strategy, business goals, and objectives.
  • Take a leadership role in driving departmental deliverables and improvements.

Project Execution:

  • Ensure functional methodology and global process application.
  • Act as a primary liaison, establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, lead and direct the work of others, facilitate, communicate, and monitor project progress.
  • Identify and mitigate risks.
  • Communicate and document key program requirements and status to clients, internal team members, and other key stakeholders.
  • Build, manage, and maintain master project documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience leading complex, large-scale global projects, including managing diverse functional project teams.
  • Capable of facilitating meetings, developing, and executing detail-oriented project plans and deliverables.
  • Experience leading and managing direct report teams in call center and/or business process outsourcing industries.
  • Experience with client-facing senior and executive level management communications and formal presentation delivery.
  • Experience with project management and word processing software, spreadsheet, and flowcharting applications.
  • Project Management Certification: Project Management Professionals (PMP).
