About the Role

We are seeking a senior leader to oversee business improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence across our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to make a meaningful impact on our bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute business improvement projects, working closely with stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategic solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior leadership to ensure alignment and buy-in for improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in lean six sigma and project management.
  • Analyze data and conduct fact-based analyses to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, operations management).
  • Proven experience in lean six sigma and/or related continuous improvement areas, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management, stakeholder management, and influencing people without authority.
  • PMP/Prince 2 certification or equivalent would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
