Job Overview:

As a Medical Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling pharmaceutical and medical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers while providing them with accurate information about our products. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promotion and Sales: Promote and sell pharmaceutical and medical products to healthcare professionals through effective communication and product presentations.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals by providing them with timely and accurate information about products, addressing their concerns, and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, understand market trends, and gather competitor intelligence to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our products to effectively communicate their value propositions to healthcare professionals.
  • Sales Targets: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory or region.
  • Training and Education: Provide training and education to healthcare professionals on the proper use, dosage, and administration of our products.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all interactions with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
