About the role

We are seeking a talented Field Sales Representative (Oils and Lubricants) to join our team in Laguna, Calabarzon. This full-time role will involve representing our company's range of premium oils and lubricants to a diverse customer base, driving sales growth and strengthening relationships in the local market.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within assigned territories
  2. Conducting in-person sales calls and presentations to potential customers
  3. Providing excellent customer service and technical support to existing clients
  4. Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals while ensuring profitability
  5. Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and reporting on progress
  6. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  7. Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in sales, ideally within the oils and lubricants industry
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers
  3. Strong negotiation and closing abilities to secure sales deals
  4. Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and provide expert advice
  5. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously
  6. A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  7. A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
