Portrait Sales Representative

We are seeking proactive and motivated sales professionals to join our fully remote sales team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, managing inbound inquiries, and booking studio portrait sessions. They will also need to establish rapport with clients, address objections, and accurately document customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads and convert them into booked portrait sessions.
  • Manage inbound calls, SMS, and email inquiries from interested families.
  • Establish rapport and enthusiasm with parents by showcasing the enchanting fairytale studio experience.
  • Address objections with professionalism and confidence.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in a CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • Motivation, persistence, and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in phone-based inside sales or call center sales.
  • Excellent communication skills: confident, persuasive, and personable on the phone.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
