We are seeking a skilled data leader to head our reporting operations and manage our data team.

This is a senior-level role critical to driving data-informed decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong communication skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to manage both data and people with clarity and confidence.

They will have expertise in executive reporting and strategic analysis, including designing dashboards using Power BI and Excel that align with company KPIs and strategic goals.

Additionally, they will possess strong SQL capabilities, including joins, stored procedures, and query optimization, as well as proficiency in Excel, including Power Query, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.

The successful candidate will also have experience managing remote teams and using tools such as Slack and Asana, familiarity with people analytics, sales dashboards, or cross-functional data projects, and understanding of data compliance and privacy regulations.
