Marketing Leadership Role

This senior marketing position oversees the execution of day-to-day marketing operations, including implementing strategies and managing promotional campaigns. The role also involves leading a team of marketing professionals to ensure project deadlines and performance standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with at least 3–5 years of experience, and a proven track record of success in a supervisory role. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Supervise and mentor the marketing team to achieve project goals and maintain high levels of performance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to align marketing efforts and drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports for management review.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience using marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Background in real estate or property management.
