Business Development Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to drive sales growth in the mid-market segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and conducting product demos to closing deals and onboarding new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential customers, driving your own pipeline through targeted outreach and follow-up.
  • Customer Engagement: Build relationships with new prospects, inbound leads, and referrals from internal teams or events to secure opportunities.
  • Product Demonstration: Deliver engaging product demos and manage post-meeting follow-up via email, calls, and text.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and sales leadership to achieve individual and team performance targets.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate CRM records for all leads, opportunities, and activities.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in a quota-carrying Business Development role.
  • Demonstrated success selling mid-market and enterprise B2B software solutions.
  • A background in workforce management or HR products is highly desirable.
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
