Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that support business objectives, ensuring timely delivery and high engagement.
  • Create personalized and engaging email content that resonates with target audiences, utilizing strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Analyze email campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights, demonstrating ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
  • Manage and segment email lists to optimize targeting and deliverability, ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email strategies with broader marketing goals, showcasing project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in email marketing or a similar role, with a strong understanding of email marketing platforms and tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to develop engaging content and create effective email campaigns.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setup, adapt to the Pacific timezone, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative solutions and refine email strategies through A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and strategic objectives, with the ability to ensure all email communications align with these standards.

Expected Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

In the first 30 days, expectations include familiarizing yourself with Sound Decisions' brand, products, and email marketing tools, reviewing past email campaigns, and collaborating with the marketing team. In the next 60 days, responsibilities include executing ongoing email campaigns, conducting A/B testing, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for segmentation and personalization. Finally, in the following 90 days, expect to implement advanced email marketing techniques, monitor and report on campaign success, and present a comprehensive review of email marketing performance and future plans.
