Job Title: Case Conversion Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Conversion Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about enhancing case conversions through voice-based intake systems.

The primary focus of this position is on outbound calls, however, the specialist may also be required to handle inbound calls as needed. The key responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound calls to follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, online forms, or referrals.
  • Handling inbound calls as needed to support team collaboration and workflow continuity.
  • Adhering to a structured outbound script while building rapport and handling objections.
  • Consistently meeting daily and weekly call volume targets and conversion benchmarks.
  • Accurately capturing and updating client information using CRM tools.
  • Managing rejections professionally and escalating qualified leads efficiently.
  • Providing clear and timely updates on availability, performance blockers, or missed targets.
  • Participating in coaching sessions and applying feedback proactively.
  • Maintaining transparency and accountability in daily work logs and call quality.

This role requires a strong sense of accountability, reliability with schedules, updates, and response times. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, be open to coaching, quick to apply feedback, and resilient under pressure.

Key qualifications include:

  • Law graduates, paralegals, or candidates with experience in customer service, legal intake, or call centers are welcome.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered call analysis tools or willingness to learn and adapt to them.
  • Proactive ability to adapt and learn quickly.
  • Knowledgeable in client qualification and lead conversion processes.
