Job Summary

Servicing one client, this role facilitates seamless case progression by coordinating workflows, tracking statuses, and resolving issues to ensure timely task completion, reporting, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage legal workflows to meet deadlines and milestones.
  • Review weekly case statuses to identify overdue tasks or delays.
  • Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to clarify task assignments and address workflow issues.
  • Prepare reports highlighting case progress and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct routine checks in the case management system to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate case status meetings with the legal team and provide updates to the administrator.
  • Implement changes to workflows as directed by leadership and offer feedback and suggestions when appropriate.
  • Facilitate effective communication across teams to foster a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal environment (case coordination, paralegal work, or legal operations).
  • Strong understanding of legal workflows and case management processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion with sensitive information.
  • General knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fully fluent in English.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours.
