Achieve Revenue Growth as a Business Development Expert
In this challenging role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by identifying potential customers, pitching our SaaS platform, and closing deals with SME business owners. With complete control over your income, you have the potential to earn even more through our commission structure. The more you sell, the more you earn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify high-value customers: You'll be on the lookout for customers who can bring the most value to our organization.
- Pitching like a pro: Use your amazing communication skills to pitch our exciting value proposition and close deals like a champ.
- Building lasting relationships: Be the person our customers turn to when they need help or have questions. By building strong relationships, you'll generate more revenue and drive customer loyalty.
- Upselling and cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell, and generate even more revenue for our organization.
- Delivering exceptional service: Coordinate with various departments to make sure our customers have a smooth and satisfying experience. Develop client-focused solutions to improve customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Able to effectively communicate in presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
- Driven by achieving goals and targets with a focus on delivering results.
- Strong resilience to handle rejections and challenges.
- Responsive to feedback and adaptable to new approaches.
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in lead generation, cold calls, and closing clients in fast sale cycles.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
- Prior experience and success in winning SME or F&B businesses is a plus.
- Familiarity using the following tools is a bonus: Salesforce, Aircall.
- Open to work in Cebu and travelling within it for field visits.
