Revenue Cycle Management Expert

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Management Expert to oversee the auditing and verification of all revenue transactions within our hotel or resort. This critical role involves managing the revenue cycle, conducting thorough risk assessments, and implementing internal controls to safeguard our financial interests.

The successful candidate will analyze financial data and reports, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with various departments to enhance revenue management processes. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are essential to effectively coordinate with finance, operations, and front office teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the auditing and verification of all revenue transactions.
  • Manage the revenue cycle, including forecasting and budgeting.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement internal controls.
  • Analyze financial data and reports to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance revenue management processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in hotel accounting, auditing, or financial control.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, revenue cycle management, and auditing principles within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in financial data analysis, reporting, and risk assessment.
