We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, communications, and strategic initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support

  • Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups for meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Communication & Liaison

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate communications and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Facilitate smooth information flow within the executive office and across departments.

Project & Operations Support

  • Assist in tracking key initiatives and deliverables.
  • Support the CEO in strategic planning, board preparations, and special projects.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.

Travel & Event Coordination

  • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Plan and coordinate executive-level meetings, events, and offsites.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting C-level executives.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • High level of discretion and integrity.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Slack).

  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
