Regional Operations Hub Leader

We are seeking a skilled Hub Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our hub. This role involves managing parcel inbounding, sorting, and inventory management, as well as ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of Hub KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage hub operations, including first and last mile activities.
- Monitor and improve hub performance by implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
- Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, and Distribution.
- Leadership experience in warehouse or hub environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of payments processing.
- Ability to do shift work and administrative tasks.
This is a full-time position that requires a mid-senior level of seniority. The ideal candidate will have a continuous learning mindset and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
