Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the performance of multiple hubs, ensuring they meet agreed standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in logistics, preferably with experience in FMCG or 3PL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate hub leads and area fleet leads to achieve high productivity, quality, and service levels.
  • Enforce procedures and regulations across assigned hubs to maintain operational excellence.
  • Resolve disputes within and outside the team, lead team briefings, and conduct regular meetings on performance.
  • Improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for staff, focusing on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Streamline internal processes between hubs and the Operations team to enhance SLA.
  • Implement new processes and best practices.
  • Lead a team that can grow effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and conduct capacity planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics, preferably with leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in performance management.
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other quality principles is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Able to manage teams remotely and own a vehicle for travel.
