Customer Support Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support across various channels, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner via phone, email, and chat.
  • Documenting and logging customer interactions and issues for future reference.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Providing product information and answering customer questions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the mortgage industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer communication tools, such as CRM systems and helpdesk software.
  • Experience working with MS Excel or Google Sheets, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as business administration or finance.
