Job Title: Data Acquisition Specialist

The Data Acquisition Unit provides streamlined processes in retrieving accident and incident reports from various sources in support of product customers.

Our commitment is to provide customers with an easier, faster, more accurate, and cost-effective way of obtaining the necessary reports used to validate claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensures fulfillment of all orders by researching various sources for reports and performing data acquisition and validation following strict business rules.
    • Performs routine and recurring assignments such as compiling and reviewing records.
    • Demonstrates attention to detail and a heightened sense of urgency in obtaining these reports.
    • Maintains, updates, and terminates orders through order management systems.
    • Maintains and updates internal databases.
    • Processes and/or procures reports online as part of order fulfillment.
    • Verifies order information using internet tools such as maps and other lookup tools.
    • Performs outbound calls to update order status, data validation, and gathering.
